1. Product Labelling (Legal Compliance)

• Every product jar, pouch, or pack includes a legally compliant label as per the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) regulations.
• Labels clearly display:
  • Product name and type (e.g., Beef Pickle, Chicken Pickle, Vegetable Pickle, etc.)
  • Complete ingredient list
  • Veg/Non-Veg symbol (green/red)
  • Manufacturer details and FSSAI license number
  • Batch number, manufacturing and expiry dates
• We never alter or remove this mandatory product information.

2. Outer Packaging

• All orders are normally shipped in Mudhome branded packaging boxes.
• The outside shipping label does not display product names (e.g., Beef Pickle). Instead, it uses generic descriptions such as “Processed Food Items” or “Pickles & Condiments”.
• If you prefer completely discreet outer packaging (without Mudhome branding), please inform us at the time of order and we will arrange it accordingly.

3. Inner Protection

• All pickle jars are securely sealed with a foil seal to ensure freshness and tamper evidence.
• Pickle jars are additionally packed in a non-transparent silver protective pouch to prevent leakage, odor, or damage.
• Extra cushioning such as bubble wrap, corrugated fillers, or protective material is used for long-distance deliveries.

4. Customer Privacy

• We respect customer privacy. Outer labels are always neutral and do not mention specific product names.
• The detailed, accurate label remains inside on the product itself, as required by law.
• We do not share order details with any third party except as required for delivery or by law.

5. Transparency & Trust

• Our range includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian products (beef, mutton, chicken, fish, and vegetarian pickles).
• Customers can make informed choices through the information provided on our website and product labels.
• In case of a damaged or tampered package, the original product label inside ensures clarity on product identity.
